The Cognitive Advantage Program has a mission to empower its clients to take control of their own mental game. The techniques are based on research and science. They are powerful and refreshing. The best way to get more out of your business is to excite and teach your employees to get more out of themselves.

The CAP is based in Superior, Colorado. Its roots come from athletics, in particular baseball. Rick Harig, CAPs Founder and CEO, has coached baseball for over 25 years. While working in Player Development for the San Diego Padres he would often find himself in a conversation with a business person on an airplane and by the end of the flight invited to come speak with a management team or a group of sales people. At first Rick declined these engagements, but upon accepting one in 2008 a whole new business was born.

The Need for CAP

There is a lot of fear and failure in many aspects of business. The CAP teaches its clients how to focus on the process of whatever a person is doing. Too many people look at the end result as the only indicator of success.... more coming soon
