Thinking and dreaming about what you want is the easy part.  To make it come true requires action.  A lot of motivational speakers inspire to take action which can last a day or two.  The CAP teaches its clients how to get action from oneself which lasts a lifetime.

A small percentage of the population sets goals even though it's a known fact that goals are a prerequisite to success.  The biggest reason for the lack of direction is action.

The CAP teaches its clients how action makes performance work and how to motivate oneself to have action.


There are three ways to change a mindset.  The CAP shows its clients how to use physical, visual, and self-talk to change the current mindset and refocus on the task at hand.
